Full Auto Baby Wet Wipes Machine is a baby wipes production machine, The production of baby wet wipes starts with a cleansing solution which is prepared by adding the relevant ingredients to demineralized and sterilized water. The resultant wetting solution is transported to the wet wipes machine where it gets impregnated to a nonwoven fabric.
Once saturated with the wetting solution, the nonwoven tissue is then folded and cut into narrow widths. Upon completion, the wipes get transported to the equipment flow packer where they are packaged into bags of different sizes.
The wipes produced on this machine are available in a variety of different forms and are suitable for a wide range of applications. They include baby wipes, adult cleaning wipes, and disinfectant wipes among others.
