Full automatic single piece wet wipes making machine is an advanced and hygienic equipment to make a variety of wet wipe products such as adult wipes, baby wipes, sanitary napkins, disinfectant wipes etc. It is designed for high production output and flexible change over of different formulated wipes products, with a sanitary piping design and quick rinsing system to avoid cross-contamination during the product changeover process.

Wet wipes are manufactured from non-woven materials, typically made from cotton, rayon, polyester, polypropylene or polyethylene. The material is pressed into sheets by rollers to form long master rolls of non-woven cloth.

The next step in the manufacturing process is to slit the master rolls into various widths typically used for canister or bucket wipes products. Many consumer roll slitting and perforating machines are capable of processing up to 60 wipes rolls per minute.

Depending on the size of the consumer roll slitting and perforating machine, it is possible to add further processing to increase production capacity. This can include online slitting and perforating, rewinding, folding, wetting, coating, packaging and sealing.
